Yes, we run by appointment only. We would love to show you our gowns and be able to work with you one on one and answer any questions you may have. Appointments can be made online, or by calling us at 256-772-8938.
Each appointment is for 90 mins. During this one-on-one appointment, you will have the opportunity to try on as many dresses as you'd like.
We allow no more than 4 guests at a bridal showing to ensure an intimate and stress-free appointment. Children are not allowed to attend Saturday appointments. If this is an issue, we would love to host you on a weekday!
Standard ship times range from 4-8 months. Some designers have available inventory that can ship in a few weeks. In addition, we are always open to selling gowns off the floor.
We would love for you to use our in-house seamstress, but it is not required. She is only able to fit brides/ mothers that have purchased at our store. All fittings with our seamstress take place in the Madison Town and Country Bridal Shop.
Bridal gown alterations include two appointments, with the first being 2 months before the big day. Mother gown alterations are one appointment beginning one-month before the wedding day.
Bring the exact shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day in order for the seamstress to set your hem. If you plan to wear undergarments with your dress, you are more than welcome to bring those.
